I purchased three 16-piece Moonstruck dinnerware sets in blue. They arrived in excellent condition and a couple days before the expected delivery date. Ordering online, I wasn't sure how the colors would turn out. However, I was very pleased when I found the dishes were every bit as vivid as they are in the pictures.
Be sure to note the warning about the reactive coating on these dishes. Due to their coating, THERE WILL BE A VARIATION OF COLOR between the boxes of dishes. I found this to be true with my order. Unfortunately, one of the boxes of salad plates was very much lighter in color than the rest of the dishes. Although technically not defective, the difference in color was too obvious.
I was very impressed with Gibson's customer service when I contacted them for a replacement of the four salad plates. They were able to find a box of four plates that more closely matched the shade of blue in the rest of the set. They shipped the plates at no additional cost, and they arrived as quickly as the original order.
I love the beauty and functionality of the pieces. The bowls are a perfect size in my opinion, and the plates are durable without being too heavy. I admire them everyday and would definitely order from Gibson again.
