BEFORE FIRST USE

Remove any stickers or tags. Rinse with warm, soapy water and towel dry completely. Wipe the interior with shortening or cooking oil.

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS

This item is oven safe to 500ºF. Tempered glass lids are oven safe up to 350ºF. Not suitable for microwaves. This item is safe for cooking on gas, electric, halogen, and induction stovetops.

HANDLE PRECAUTIONS

Always use proper safety procedures when preparing food on the stovetop or in the oven. Long cooking durations or very high temperatures may cause the handles to become too hot. Shorter handles, because of their length, may easily become too hot to manage.

CARE AND CLEANING

Hand wash recommended in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry immediately. Allow it to cool before being washed. Do not submerge hot cookware in cold water. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners, pads, oven cleaners, or caustic cleaning solutions to clean the cookware.
