BEFORE FIRST USE

Remove any stickers or tags. Rinse with warm, soapy water and towel dry completely.

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS

Oven safe up to 300°F. Tempered glass lids are 350°F. Not suitable for microwave use. Safe for cooking on gas, electric, halogen, and induction stovetops. Select burner that most closely matches the size of the bottom of the pan. Do not use burners or heating elements that are larger than the bottom of the pan.

HANDLE PRECAUTIONS

Always use proper safety procedures when preparing food on the stovetop or in the oven. Long cooking durations or very high temperatures may cause the handles to become too hot. Shorter handles because of their length, may easily become too hot to handle.

UTENSIL USE PRECAUTION

To protect the lifespan of the cookware's nonstick coating, only use plastic or wood utensils while cooking or cleaning the unit. Metal utensils, sharp tools, or electrical apparatuses could damage the pan's coating and should not be used.

CARE AND CLEANING

Hand wash recommended. Pans should have cooled down fully before being washed. Do not submerge hot cookware in cold water. If, through misuse, burned grease or food residue collects on the surface of the pan, it can usually be removed by washing with warm water and a mild detergent. In an extreme case, such residue can be removed by a thorough cleaning with a solution of 3 tablespoons bleach, 1 tablespoon liquid dish detergent and 1 cup of water. Rub this mixture into the surface with a sponge or plastic bristle brush, rinse and towel dry. DO NOT USE abrasive cleaners, pads, oven cleaners, or caustic cleaning solutions to clean the cookware. After cleaning, recondition the interior by wiping a light layer of cooking oil onto the surface. When storing, we recommend that you place a protective sheet between your pots and pans to minimize wear and tear.

COOKWARE USE INSTRUCTIONS

Always put oil, water, or some type of food inside the cookware prior to heating it for cooking. Do not cook or boil dry. Do not overheat empty cookware. Allow your cookware to cool down before immersing it in water. While the internally reinforced nonstick surface is designed to withstand rough treatment, all nonstick surfaces will last longer if you cut food on a cutting board instead of inside the cookware. Do not overheat empty cookware.
